Heron Bay is a coastal city with around ten thousand inhabitants. The city is now several hundred years old and has slowly expanded over time as the volume of trade moving through the port has increased. As the city expanded new layers of walls were built, leading to the current appearance with internal divisions in the city. On map 2, which I’ve shown below, you can see parts of all three of the wall stages but mainly the second stage. This section of the city contains the Grand Temple of The Light along with a variety of other significant buildings interspersed amongst a dense collection of one and two story houses.
